Our Jesus Club has been specially designed keeping in mind our young parishioners. Led by a team of dedicated teachers, instruction in the faith is designed to suit the needs of the children of our parish at every age, from 4 years until they complete the 10th standard. These teachers are committed and give of their time and talent for the love of instructing children in the Catholic faith.

The Jesus Club meets every Sunday morning in the classrooms of St. Stanislaus High School from 9 to 10 am. Before this, there is a special Mass for the children, at 8 am, in St. Peter’s Church. This Mass encourages children to act, read and sing, helping them to partake of and be more involved in the celebration. Skits enacted bring the Gospel message to life and the Priest adapts every part of the mass to assist the children in understanding this message.

At the Jesus Club, we celebrate special feasts and important events of the Church like Parents’ Day, Teachers’ Day and Children’s Day with fellowship, fun and games, which help the children to grow in faith and purpose. As the children grow older, they are also given an opportunity to be a part of inter-parish outreaches, helping them to grow into and be an active part of the bigger community.
