- Saturday 1st November is the Feast of All Saints. There is only one evening Mass that day. It will be at 7:15 pm.
- All Souls Day is on Sunday, 2nd November. Masses in the Church will be as on any Sunday. Blessing of graves in the Church cemetery will be at 8:45 am. That evening, there will be Mass at 5 pm at the Seaside
Cemetery followed by blessing of the graves there. - Our practices to commemorate the Faithful Departed should be in line with the Church’s mission to care for the earth. The burning of
candles at graves is not permitted. We also urge you to put potted plants instead of flowers at the graves of your loved ones. - Members of our Care for Creation group will be selling potted plants in the Church premises on 2nd November. You could use these to honour the memory of the faithful departed.
- Those who would like to make a donation to the Ashagad mission could pick up an envelope from the paper-holder outside the parish office. Your envelopes with the cheque should be dropped in the community fund box or the parish office letter box.
- There will be Housie for Seniors at 5:30 pm on Thursday 30th October.
- There will be a choral presentation ‘Sangam’ in our Church on Tuesday 4th November. The Pueri Cantores will team up with a choir from Germany to sing Sacred Music at the 7:15 pm Mass, followed by
a Concert at 7:45 pm. Entry is free. All are welcome.
