  • Next Sunday 24th July, we celebrate the Parents and Grandparents Day. The Children’s Mass will be on this theme, with a programme in the School Hall following the Mass. At all the weekend Masses, a parent will share on the theme, “Prayer as a part of family life”. Our parents are the keystones of the Church!
  • From this Friday 22 July, the Novena to St. Ignatius of Loyola will be said at every Mass, in preparation for the Feast of Ignatius and the closing of the 500th Year of his Spiritual Conversion: the Cannonball Moment. We invite you to join the Jesuit community in this spiritual exercise.
  • The Suggestion Box in the Lobby of the Parish has received several suggestions and complaints. Our responses are displayed on the Notice Board in the Lobby. We encourage your suggestions, which could be anonymous. We also invite you to email your suggestions to us on the email address: stpetersbandra@gmail.com or to any PPC member.
  • School children who have received First Holy Communion are invited to be Altar Servers in Church. Our young people between the ages of 18 and 35 are invited to join the Lectors, Cantors, Eucharistic Ministers and Associations like the Bombay Catholic Sabha and the Women’s Cell. This is a chance for the youth to take over the Parish!
  • The St. Peter’s Health Cell, is open every weekday evening, with specialist doctors attending. The Schedule of Doctors is on our Notice Board. You are welcome to take advantage of this facility.
  • On the occasion of World Day for Grandparents and the Elderly, Holy Family Hospital is launching a new Geriatric Care Clinic on July 20th. On the 19th at 11 am, there will be a seminar on “Tips to Age gracefully”.
