The Care for Creation group has organized a Shift to Thrift event in the square next weekend. Apart from reusing items and decluttering our homes, we are also encouraged to declutter our lives, thereby making more space for the Lord.
On the first three weekends of Advent, the SVP will place two containers in the Church. Parishioners are requested to contribute provisions such as Pulses, Rice, Oil, Tea and Sugar. The SVP will distribute these items to needy families for Christmas.
Fr. Fabian will conduct a Bible class on the Psalms and their connection to Advent. This class will be at 7 pm in Our Lady’s Room on Thursday 4th December.
A Seminar on ‘Gift Deeds and Release Deeds’ will be held in the Xavier Hall at 5:30 pm on Saturday, 6th December.
There will be no Legal Aid Consultation in the month of December.
