The Parish Pastoral Council wishes all our Parishioners a very Happy Christmas, with the joy that the presence of God brings. Masses on the 25th will be as on any Sunday, including the evening 5 pm Konkani Mass and the 6 pm Mass.
This week we look forward to several liturgical feasts: on Monday, St. Stephen: the first martyr, St. John the Evangelist and Apostle on Tuesday, the Holy Innocents on Wednesday (with a special blessing for children at the 8.30 am and 7.00 pm Masses), and the Feast of the Holy Family on Friday.
There will be no evening Masses next Saturday, the 31st. We bring in the New Year with a Thanksgiving Service at 11.30 pm, prepared by the Sisters of St. Joseph, followed by Midnight Mass in the Church. Newly ordained Jesuit Priest: Fr. Vivian Almeida will be our Celebrant. Next Sunday, 1st January, is the Solemnity of the Blessed Virgin Mary, Mother of God. Masses as on any Sunday.
St. Peter’s Youth – SPY, looks forward to your presence at UNWRAP: Sun: the Christmas Party, Mon: Barbeque Nite, Tue: Talent Hunt, Wed: Nostalgia, Thurs: Interfaith Nite. All are welcome.
